Mir wurde ein Betrag abgebucht, den ich nicht zuordnen kann. Was kann ich tun?

    Um sicherzugehen, dass du deine Fahrt bezahlen kannst, reservieren wir zu Beginn deiner Fahrt (E-Scooter, Car- und Bikesharing, Taxi) einen gewissen Betrag auf deiner Karte und buchen im Anschluss den tatsächlichen Fahrpreis (laut Rechnung) ab, der Rest wird wieder freigegeben. Du wirst auch vor der Buchung in der Übersicht darauf hingewiesen. Je nach Bank wird die Reservierung des Betrags unterschiedlich dargestellt und es kann bis zu zwei Wochen dauern, bis das Geld wieder auf deiner Karte verfügbar ist (normalerweise geht es wesentlich schneller, es liegt dann jedoch nicht mehr in unserer Hand).
