Warum werden mir 20€ bei Beginn einer Fahrt abgebucht?

    Hierbei handelt es sich um keine Abbuchung, sondern um eine Reservierung. Um sicherzugehen, dass du deine Fahrt bezahlen kannst, reservieren wir beim Start der Miete einen Betrag auf der Karte, der je nach Partner unterschiedlich ist (bei Citybikes der Anbieter nextbike und ÖBB Bike aktuell zum Beispiel 20€). Wenn die Rechnung für die Miete bei uns ankommt wird der tatsächliche Betrag verrechnet. Wenn der Rechnungsbetrag höher ist, wird eine Folgebuchung am selben Zahlungsmittel durchgeführt, sollte der tatsächliche Betrag geringer ausfallen dann wird die Differenz wieder freigegeben.
