Kann ich mein Ticket stornieren/ Datum oder Name ändern?

    Westbahn-Tickets können bis kurz vor Fahrtantritt von uns storniert werden. Es kann jedoch eine Stornogebühr von mindestens 4,99€ anfallen. Möchtest du ein Westbahn Ticket stornieren, kontaktiere uns einfach über das Feedback Formular in der App. Leider ist es nicht möglich andere Öffi-Tickets über wegfinder umzutauschen oder zu stornieren, da wir selber auch keine Möglichkeit auf Storno und Gutschrift haben. Du wirst auch während des Buchungsprozesses darauf hingewiesen. Jedoch kannst dich direkt an den ÖBB Kundenservice wenden und deine Situation erklären.
