You can open and close the car directly with the app. As soon as your booking period has started, open your Rail&Drive booking (directly from the start screen or via the profile - Tickets & Trips), go to the vehicle and select the 'Open car' button. You can find the car key in the glove compartment of the vehicle. You can also end the rental and close the vehicle directly using the 'End rental' button in the app. If it takes a little longer to open or close the car, it may be due to a poor internet connection.
