I am traveling in an electric car. How and where can I charge it ?

    To charge the Rail&Drive e-vehicles, you will find a SMATRICS charging card or, at the Vienna Central Station and Vienna Westbahnhof stations, a WIEN ENERGIE charging card in the on-board folder in the glove compartment. If you need to charge on the go, this can be done at public charging points at all BEÖ or SMATRICS charging stations. You can find locations of e-charging stations directly in the app. Please make sure to plug in the charging cable after completing the journey (regardless of the car's current charge level) and, if necessary, activate charging with the charging card.
