Billing takes place twice a month. The deadline for the invoice run is the 5th and 19th of the month, except if this day falls on a weekend - in which case the billing will be carried out either on the working day before or after. Trips from the 1st to the 15th of the month are billed on the 19th and trips from the 16th to the end of the month are billed on the 5th. A short time later, the invoice will be available in your app profile under 'Tickets & Trips' and will also be sent to you by email.
