To add a means of payment in the wegfinder app, 3D-Secure must be activated. This procedure is used for secure payment on the Internet. In addition, the card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo and a 16-digit number (in addition to the IBAN) on it. If it still does not work, you can contact us via the feedback form in the app.
