Why wasn’t my voucher used for my ticket purchase?

Vouchers from the ÖBB Vorzugspunkte campaign can only be redeemed for selected mobility services such as ÖBB Bike, Rail & Drive, Transfer, and Postbus Shuttle. Public transport tickets are excluded.

If a voucher is not eligible for the selected product, the app automatically charges the stored fallback payment method. Information about voucher usage is displayed after the voucher is credited, in the voucher details, and during the booking process.
