The access credentials can be used only during the booking period. You can lock and unlock the bike box as often as you like during the booking period, by using the same credentials.
How do I open the bike box?
To open the bike box, go to your booking and select 'View access codes'. Scan the QR code at the bike box station reader to open the door of your booked box. Alternatively, you can fill in the box number and PIN code. Make sure that you press the door shut after placing your bike inside.
