wegfinder FAQs - Can I extend my bike box booking?

The booking extension is possible only for some of the bike boxes. You will see whether the bike box you have selected offers extendable bookings during the purchasing process in the app.

If the bike box offers the possibility, the extension button will become available in the booking details (‘Tickets & Trips’):

for annual bookings, from 30 days before the end of the booking
for weekly bookings from 3 days before the end of the booking
for daily bookings from 12 hours before the end of the booking

If you would like to use the bike box for longer and the bike box that you have booked is not extendable, you will need to create a new booking for the same box.
