The access data of my booking has been compromised. Can I request new access data?

In case the access data (QR code, PIN) has been compromised, you can request the generation of new codes.

You can do that by accessing your booking details (‘Tickets & Trips’), selecting View access codes and then Get new access codes. After you confirm your request, new access data (QR code, PIN) will be generated for your booking and the old ones become invalid. After this, you will only be able to open the bike box using the newly received access data (QR code, PIN).

We will also send the new access data by email.
