I am trying to open the bike box and the 'Not authorized' error is displayed. What can I do?

Please make sure that you wait for at least 3 minutes after you have created the booking before trying to open your bike box.

If you are trying to open your bike box and the display still shows the ‘Not authorized’ error, it means that the mobile data connection to the system has been interrupted. You will need to manually enter your access data on the terminal to open your bike box.


This is how it works:

  • Enter key #
  • Hold up QR code or enter complete access data, for example:
    • Valid until date: 20250815
    • Number of the selected box: 002
    • PIN: 1234
    • Checksum: 54321
    • Enter key #
    • Enter key 0
  • Bike box access is only valid when the rental period begins. It cannot be used before then.
