How does the budget work?

Business customers of our selected sales partners can purchase iMobility budget for use in the app. This budget is intended to be passed on to employees or other third parties (e.g., customers). There are different types of budgets, each of which can be used for specific service categories within the app.

For employees of corporate partners:

Your employer has the option of providing you with a budget for private trips. This is a monthly amount that is credited directly to your wegfinder account in the form of vouchers at the beginning of each month. You can select this budget as a payment method for all bookable mobility services in the app.

Once transferred, the budget is no longer transferable. Unless otherwise agreed, it is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed in the app. Any unused budget expires after the validity period. Cash payments, resale, or (partial) refunds are not possible.

Advertising budget:

Budget can also be issued for promotional purposes. This is subject to the specific redemption conditions of the respective campaign, in particular with regard to the available services and the period of validity. You can find details about the redemption conditions directly in your wegfinder app in the voucher details.
