Wie kann ich das Auto öffnen/ schließen?

    Das Auto kannst du direkt mit der App öffnen und schließen. Sobald dein Buchungszeitraum begonnen hat, öffne deine Rail&Drive Buchung (direkt vom Startscreen aus oder über das Profil - Tickets & Trips), gehe zum Fahrzeug und wähle den Button 'Auto öffnen'. Den Autoschlüssel findest du im Handschuhfach des Fahrzeuges. Die Miete beenden und das Fahrzeug schließen kannst du ebenfalls direkt über den Button 'Miete beenden' in der App. Sollte es etwas länger dauern, das Auto zu öffnen oder zu schließen, kann es an einer schlechten Internetverbindung liegen. Falls es beim Öffnen oder Schließen des Fahrzeuges dennoch zu Problemen kommen sollte, kontaktiere die ÖBB Rail&Drive Hotline unter: +43 5 1778 7333.
