Was ist im Falle eines Unfalls zu tun?

    Nach einem Unfall, Diebstahl, Brand, Wildschaden oder sonstigen Schäden bist du verpflichtet, die Polizei zu rufen, wenn an dem Ereignis ein Dritter als Geschädigter oder möglicher (Mit-)Verursacher beteiligt ist oder fremdes Eigentum - abgesehen vom Mietwagen - beschädigt wurde. Bei Schadensereignissen mit Drittbeteiligung darfst du ein Schuldanerkenntnis erst nach vorheriger Zustimmung durch ÖBB Rail&Drive abgeben. Du bist verpflichtet den Vorfall unverzüglich telefonisch direkt an Rail&Drive unter +43517789733233 zu melden und nachfolgend über alle Einzelheiten schriftlich sorgfältig Auskunft zu erteilen. Ereignet sich der Schaden im Inland, ohne dass du verletzt wurdest, hat die schriftliche Unterrichtung binnen zwei Tagen, im Ausland binnen vier Tagen zu erfolgen. ÖBB Rail&Drive ist bei einem teilweise oder gänzlich selbstverschuldeten Unfall dazu berechtigt, dir für den mit der Schadensabwicklung verbundenen Aufwand eine Aufwandspauschale in Höhe der angefallenen Kosten zu verrechnen.
