I was debited an incorrect amount. What should I do?

For some services (e.g. car sharing, e-scooters, bike sharing or cabs), we reserve a certain amount on your means of payment before you start your journey. This amount is blocked on your account to ensure that you have sufficient funds to use the service. Some banks present the reserved amount as if it has already been debited - but this is not the case. After the journey, the actual fare is charged and the remaining amount is released. Depending on the bank, it can take a few days to two weeks for the reservation to disappear - it is usually quicker, but this is out of our hands.

In the booking overview, you will be informed in advance about the amount of the reservation and how it will be debited.
