Can I cancel my bike box booking?

    1 day and 1 week bike box bookings can be cancelled from the app, without a fee, if done more than 24 hours before the booking start time. The full amount of the booking price will be automatically refunded to the payment method(s) used for the booking. Please be aware that it can take up to 2 weeks until the money reaches you account, depending on your bank.
    If cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking start time, the cancellation fee is the full amount of the booking.

    Yearly bookings and already started bookings cannot be cancelled from the app.

    If you need to cancel your yearly booking, please write a message to our Customer Support. Once your yearly booking is cancelled, you will be refunded according to the Terms & Conditions, which can be checked here.
