For some mobility providers, taking a photo of the parked vehicle is required when ending a ride.
This currently applies to:
- Lime E-Bikes
- Lime E-Scooters
- S-bike
The photo serves as proof that the vehicle has been parked correctly and in accordance with the applicable rules. It helps providers verify parking compliance and resolve issues related to improperly parked vehicles, blocked sidewalks, billing disputes, or customer complaints.
Please make sure that both the vehicle and its parking location are clearly visible in the photo.
For other bike, e-bike, and e-scooter providers, taking a photo at the end of the ride is currently not required.
