If you notice any damage to your bike before your ride, please take a photo and send it to oebbbike@inn-bike.at. Write your name, phone number, Email, booking number and a short description of the problem. You are liable for damage caused by improper or negligent actions as well as any damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear.
