    Schau zuerst in der Schadensliste im Bordbuch nach, ob der Schaden schon gemeldet wurde. Melde neue Schäden vor Fahrtantritt telefonisch an das Kundenservice und trage diese dann in die Schadensliste ein. Verschmutzungen meldest du ebenfalls vor Fahrtantritt telefonisch. Trage Verschmutzungen jedoch nicht in die Schadensliste ein. Sollten die Schäden oder Verschmutzungen so schwerwiegend sein, dass du die Fahrt nicht antreten kannst, informiere bitte unser Kundenservice unter +43 5 1778 7333. Wir werden dir Alternativen anbieten.
