First check the damage list in the logbook to see whether the damage has already been reported. Report any new damage by telephone to customer service before you start your journey and then enter it in the damage list. You can also report any contamination by phone before you start your journey. However, do not include contamination in the damage list. If the damage or contamination is so severe that you cannot travel, please inform our customer service on +43 5 1778 7333. We will offer you alternatives.
