You can only open the bike lounge if you have an active reservation at the time. Go to your profile and open your booking under 'Tickets & Trips'. To get the bike from the Bike Lounge, go to the booking and click on “Pick up bike.” You will then be instructed to scan the QR code on the door. It will be checked whether there is a valid booking. If this is the case, the door will open automatically. The corresponding vehicle is displayed in the app (bicycles are numbered). The electronic frame lock on the bike can be opened using the wegfinder app.
